Title: Knowledge Network Specialist 3ID: PRO00006711DescriptionFunctionally manages a team of Knowledge Live staff and will be responsible for the teams' delivery of world class training experience which provides the clients the knowledge to act. The Knowledge Live Team Leader will embed the right skills and behavior within his/her team and along with Senior Specialists and Market Specialists train the Knowledge Live staff to build service and training focused relationships with allocated end users to maximize customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention.The Knowledge Team Leader is responsible for the quality of training delivery by his/her team and is an exemplary, highly engaging remote presenter who leads by example and inspired coaching.The Knowledge Team Leader will be directly responsible for the monthly 1:1 and performance related discussions & will jointly conduct annual reviews with the Regional Head, Knowledge Network.- Manage the team's delivery of world-class, next generation virtual instructor-led modules and courseware based on clients' workflow and business requirements- Continually coach, develop, inspire and motivate staff to do exceptional work, creating a collaborative, fun, productive work environment- Implement and maintain quality assurance and performance measurement tools for global staff- Deliver the Train the Trainer program successfully- Continuously build personal knowledge of the financial markets, Thomson Reuters products and the firm's clients- Attend professional courses and seminars, read journals and trade publications to gain knowledge of market factors affecting assigned primary focus area- Partner and share knowledge with peers and colleagues to enhance the team's overall capabilities- Identify campaigns and training activities to the benefit of the wider regional training department.- Design the monthly scheduled Knowledge Live offer- Direct the team in the creation of the interactivity toolkit for assigned courses- Act as a mentor to Knowledge Network Staff who have recently joined the team- Analyze & report on customer feedback.- Inject the Thomson Reuters brand attributes into all offerings: human, agile, clear, optimistic.- Conduct performance management/review discussions with team membersThe Knowledge Network Team Leader will be responsible for the team's targets and performance.He/She along with Senior Specialists and Market Specialists deliver and manage the train the eTrainer program.He/She will mentor new Knowledge Network staff, and regularly shadow knowledge Live sessions to share feedback/observations with the KN Specialists.At Thomson Reuters, we deliver intelligent information quickly and efficiently, so professionals have knowledge to act.
